Privacy policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
This policy explains how we use personal information when you visit the Nunswood website, contact us or book a discovery call.
Who we are
Nunswood is a trading name of Overtime Technologies Ltd (Company No. 16766986), the controller responsible for this information. Our ICO registration number is ZC073136.
For privacy questions or requests, contact Sam Frazier via LinkedIn. You can also arrange a call if you prefer to speak to us.
Information we use
If you contact us or book a call, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, chosen appointment time and details of your enquiry. Please only share information needed for the conversation.
Our hosting providers may process technical information, including IP addresses, browser details and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. Where access requires sign-in, the hosting platform also manages access and authentication.
Why we use it
We use enquiry and booking information to respond, organise calls and discuss potential work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract with you. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable website for essential technical processing.
You do not have to contact us or book a call. We need your contact and appointment details to arrange and respond to a booking.
Google Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is not currently enabled on this website. We plan to use it to understand which pages people visit, how they find us and how the site is used, so we can improve it.
Before enabling it, we will add a choice to accept or reject analytics. Google Analytics will only load after you accept, and you will be able to withdraw consent through cookie settings. Rejecting analytics will not prevent you from using the site.
Google Analytics can use cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish visits and sessions. We will publish the actual cookie lifetimes and data-retention settings here when tracking is configured. See Google’s explanation of Analytics cookies.
There are currently no advertising pixels or analytics scripts in the Nunswood website. Essential hosting or sign-in cookies may still be used by the platform that serves it.
Booking calls and service providers
The booking buttons take you to Calendly. Calendly processes appointment information to provide scheduling, and its own website has separate cookie and privacy controls. Read Calendly’s privacy notice.
Information may also be handled by providers of our hosting, email and calendar services where needed to deliver those services. Some providers process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where required, transfers need an applicable UK adequacy arrangement or approved contractual safeguards. Contact us for details of the arrangements relevant to your information.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to deal with your request, follow up on the discussion and keep relevant business records. We consider whether work is ongoing, any legal record-keeping duties and whether records are needed to resolve a dispute. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Contact Sam using the links above to exercise your rights.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our use of personal information changes. The date above shows when it was last revised.
